ONLINE GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase, delivery, and use of gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by Grumpy's Restaurant, ("The Company"). By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

2. E-COMMERCE DISCLOSURES

The Company provides clear product descriptions, pricing, currency, delivery terms, and customer contact information in compliance with card network requirements. Transactions are processed securely via HTTPS.

3. PURCHASE POLICY

3.1 Gift Cards are sold in specified denominations and must be paid in full at purchase.

3.2 All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

3.3 Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention and may be canceled at The Company's discretion.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

4.1 ALL GIFT CARD SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED.

4.2 Chargebacks may result in deactivation of the Gift Card and account restrictions.

5. DELIVERY POLICY

5.1 Digital Gift Cards are delivered by email, typically immediately but may be delayed for fraud review.

5.2 Physical Gift Cards (if applicable) are shipped according to the selected method at checkout.

5.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. REDEMPTION

Gift Cards are redeemable only for eligible goods/services and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

7. BALANCES

Unused balances remain available until fully redeemed. Additional payment is required if purchase exceeds available balance.

8. EXPIRATION

Gift Cards do not expire and no inactivity fees apply unless disclosed otherwise.

9. LOST OR STOLEN

Gift Cards are treated like cash. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use.

10. FRAUD

Gift Cards obtained through fraudulent or unauthorized means may be voided.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company's liability shall not exceed the value of the Gift Card.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachussetts unless otherwise specified.

14. MODIFICATIONS

The Company may modify these Terms at any time.

15. ACCEPTANCE

Use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
